Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit for the following new equipment: HK Tumescent Pump Manufacturer: HK Surgical Part Number: HKPUMP Quantity: 1 Radiofrequency Generator Manufacturer: Covidien Part Number: RFG3 Quantity: 1 HK Tumescent Tubing (10 Units per box/case) Manufacturer: HK Surgical Part Number: HKTUBE Quantity: 1 BOX ClosureFast Catheter 7cm/60cm Manufacturer: Covidien Part Number: CF7-7-60 Quantity: 1 ClosureFast Catheter 7cm/100cm Manufacturer: Covidien Part Number: CF7-7-100 Quantity: 1 ClosureFast Catheter 3cm/60cm Manufacturer: Covidien Part Number: CFT-3-60 Quantity: 1 The contractor shall provide a one-year manufacturer s warranty on all parts and labor. The warranty shall include all travel and shipping costs associated with any warranty repair. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and etc. to prepare for and complete the installation of the equipment in the space determined by the Government. The contractor shall provide a one-day in-service to train staff on the use and functioning of equipment. The Contractor shall provide onsite general overview technical training for Clinical Engineering personnel as requested. Training shall include a technical overview of the mechanics, electronics, and general operations of the system. Training shall cover detailed instruction regarding the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and general maintenance of the equipment. The items listed above will be utilized and installed at the VA Medical Center located in Providence, RI. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government in terms of price and other considered factors. The solicitation will be set aside for Small Businesses who have the capabilities to fulfill this requirement. Solicitation 36C24119Q0471 will be available for download from FedBizOpps on July 24, 2019. The close date will be on July 31, 2019 at 9:00 AM EST time. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
