- The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, NCO 15, intends to release a commercial Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for ACL Set x 1 to support our surgeons during Orthopedic surgical procedures for the Kansas City VA Medical Center Surgical. All solicitation details, to include full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released between now and on or about July 24, 2019.
