- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for the following items below. The associated NAICS Code is 339112. The intended contractor will be Atirix Medical Systems, Inc., 10201 Wayzata Blvd, Suite 310, Minnetonka, MN 55305. Description of requirements: Dayton VA Medical Center is seeking to procure a Quality Control (QC) testing software system for the Therapeutic and Diagnostic Imaging Service. This includes daily and monthly QC, and allows the images acquired during these tests to be stored and available for inspection. A firm-fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is in the Government s belief that only the proposed contractor possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is in the Government s best interest to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. It is not a solicitation or request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:00PM EST on Friday, 26 July 2019. All responses can be submitted to: Angie Carpenter, Contracting Officer, at angie.carpenter@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. No late responses will be considered.
