Synopsis - Spatial Disorientation Vestibular Simulators (GAT HELO), SOFTWARE/MAINTENANCE AND SYSTEM SUPPORT (W81K00-19-Q-0194) The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed- Price sole source contract to Environmental Tectonics Corporation of Southampton, PA under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for maintenance of the Government-owned Spatial Disorientation Vestibular Simulators (GAT HELO) at The School of Army Aviation Medicine, Fort Rucker, Alabama.
