- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 40449755 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335999 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-08-07 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be Grand Coulee, WA 99133 The DOI BOR Grand Coulee Power Office requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Ultrasonic Parts Cleaner. Internal dimensions minimum of 28 inches (Front to Back) x 70 inches (Left to Right) x 28 inches deep to fit various sized items to be cleaned. Overall dimensions of not more than 33 inches (Front to Back) x 83 inches (Left to Right) x 42 inches high to fit and maneuver in our available work space. 40 kHz, ultrasonic generators adjustable; Multi frequency. 40-90 kHz or similar system to reduce the potential of standing waves inside the tank. Adjustable power intensity control on the control panel. Adjustable timer control on the control panel. Adjustable thermostat for heated fluid(85-195F). Construction should be Heavy duty industrial, double walled stainless steel tank, double welded. Bottom drains with connectors and hoses; minimum 10 feet. Power requirement 460/480 VAC, 50/60 Hz, three phase, 10A. Machine must be all one unit and readily portable with industrial locking swivel castors. Power cord: approximately 14 feet or longer, (government will provide appropriate plug to match our system). Drain port with heavy duty ball valve. Pneumatic Lift minimum to 300lbs. Re-circulation pump and filter system with pre-filter; with initial start-up of filters. Include operator/parts/service manual and set up instructions. Tank Cover. Tank fluid tank minimum of 200 gallons. Provide chemical for initial start up. Maximum decibel output of no more than 75db. Manuals required either electronic or hardcopy: (2) copies each: Operation, parts, maintenance. Minimum of standard Manufacturers warranty. Ultrasonic Power Corporation Model 7028 or Morantz Ultrasonic SM-200 or Equal., 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, DOI BOR Grand Coulee Power Office intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DOI BOR Grand Coulee Power Office is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. Said chemical is subject to Government review and acceptance prior to purchase. Any quoted product whose chemical does not meet Government acceptance will not be considered for award.
