- DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH THE AFWAY PORTAL ALL NETCENTS-2 SOLICITATIONS ISSUED PURSUANT TO FAIR OPPORTUNITY ARE CURRENTLY BEING POSTED ON FBO. ONLY AWARDEES UNDER THE NETCENTS-2 IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
