The performance based services are to be provided at the Sandpoint Ranger District Office building located at 1602 Ontario, Sandpoint ID 83864, the office is 13,363 sq ft, single level building; services are also required for the bunkhouse kitchen, restroom and common areas; and the fire office and Idaho Panhandle Avalanche Center restroom at the same location. Contract begins September 1, 2019, with 2 option years.
