- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide an indefinite quantity of Arborist and Invasive Insect Treatment Services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the Arborist and Invasive Insect Treatment Service for each BPA Call under this agreement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
