Description

The U.S Government currently occupies 9,860 rentable square feet, yielding 8,000 ANSI BOMA square feet of office and related space in a building under lease GS-02B-23006 in New Rochelle, NY that will be expiring 7/14/2019. The Government intends to execute a twenty (20) month extension for economic reasons until the award and build-out of the long term housing solution for this location is complete.
