Description
The Bureau of Land Management, Color Country District is seeking quotes for outfitting of three (3) BLM Law Enforcement Vehicles with lights, flashers, sirens, radios, etc. The BLM has some equipment from the vehicles which have been replaced. The full requirements are in the attached Scope of Work charts. The BLM intends to re-use all compatible and operable equipment. At the time of offer, if the vendor is aware of any government-provided equipment that is not compatible, please notate and provide a quote for a compatible and like item. For the purpose of this quote, the vendor is to assume that all the BLM provided parts are in operable condition, however, if after award, it is discovered that they are not operable, the contractor shall immediately notify the BLM Contracting Officer to negotiate pricing for any replacement parts. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 811118 Other Automotive Mechanical and Electrical Repair and Maintenance. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) minus the cost of transportation to and from the installation site. Technical acceptability will be a pass / fail evaluation. It is the sole decision of BLM Utah if or if not a contractor is technically acceptable. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting. The terms and conditions are as listed in the combined synopsis/solicitation. The Service Contract Act is applicable to this contract. One of the attached files gives the service contract act wages and related information for Iron County, Utah. For any questions, contact Contract Specialist Joseph Petersen at jpetersen@blm.gov / (435) 865-3048. Quotes are accepted by email only to Contract Specialist Joseph Petersen at jpetersen@blm.gov. If you have any difficulties emailing in a quote, contact Joseph Petersen at jpetersen@blm.gov / (435) 865-3048 to work out an alternative method. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
