- The Kisatchie National Forest is seeking a contractor to design and install a water main to the Evangeline Work Center, in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. For this project, the contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete the design and installation of a water main to deliver potable water from the Gardner water system to the existing water delivery system at the Evangeline Work Center in accordance with attached and referenced specifications. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
