- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure an Olympus Borescope System and Accessories, on a Sole Source basis from Olympus America Inc. (Cage 1KY21). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b).
