- The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, on behalf of Greenville Health Care Center, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Annual Preventive Maintenance on the Getinge Sterilization Equipment for the Greenville Health care Center with Trillamed LLC in accordance with 41 U.S.C. §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to award a base plus three (3) one-year option contract. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market research has determined that these services are highly specialized are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date on or about 13 August 2019 to Trillamed LLC., 30100 Telegraph Rd, Bingham Farms, MI 48025-4514; Cage Code 56FN2. The requiring activity is currently in need of four (4) quarterly PM services and one (1) annual PM service. All unscheduled repair services, to include, all remedial repair parts, PM kits, parts, labor, travel and software updates and patches required to maintain the equipment to OEM normal operating specifications. Included in the scope of work is overnight shipping of parts for equipment that is down, unlimited technical telephone support from OEM-trained specialist and as needed on-site operator training provided by an OEM-trained Support Specialist. All parts provided must be OEM-new. Equipment to be serviced and frequency of service is listed in the appended performance work schedule. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within four (4) calendar days of this publication by contacting Paul O.
