Description

The purpose of this amendment to DHS Other Transaction Solicitation (OTS) HSHQDC-16-R-B0005 is to issue an updated version of DHS OTS HSHQDC-16-R-B0005. The Government incorporated following changes into the updated OTS: *Eligibility Requirements (Section 4 of the OTS) were updated to meet current DHS and Federal Government regulations *More details were added to the non-compliance discussion in Section 7 of the OTS. *The name of the DHS Program Office has been changed to Silicon Valley Innovation Program (SVIP) throughout the OTS. *Other Administrative Changes have been made throughout the document. IMPORTANT NOTE--Interested parties are STRONGLY encouraged to review the updated OTS in order to understand the changes in the updated document. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JAN-2017). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 26-JUL-2019, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE.
