- 1) The Army Contracting Command, 413th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii (HI) has a requirement to provide part time Catholic Priest services to US Army Installations on Oahu, HI. The contractor shall provide a skilled, knowledgeable Catholic priest to perform various mass and sacraments for US Army worship services across the Island of Oahu that enriches and enhances the religious/spiritual experience for active duty service members and their families.
