Description
This announcement is to inform industry that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), FAA Enterprise Network Services (FENS) program will consider applications for FAA site tours from vendors who intend to be FENS prime offerors. The purpose of these visits is to allow intended FENS prime offerors the opportunity to view representative facilities and accommodations where FENS services will be delivered during contract performance. Tours will occur in the Washington, DC region. Applications for tours are limited to those parties that intend to be prime offerors in response to a FENS SIR, if issued by the FAA. The FAA at its sole discretion reserves the right to choose which facilities to feature. Also, the FAA at its sole discretion reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. The FAA FENS site visits are scheduled presently for the time period of August 13-14, 2019, although a tour may not occur on every announced date. In addition, due to site scheduling constraints, personnel availability, and facility access limitations the FAA intends to combine applicants from multiple vendors into group visits. Applications for a tour must include no more than three proposed attendees designated by the prime who are identified by company name, company e-mail address, and telephone number. Applications must include a statement by each proposed attendee acknowledging that they will abide by the terms and conditions of their team-level non-disclosure agreement (NDA) previously signed by an authorized official of the prime offeror. At the time of the site visit, attendees must bring a government issued picture identification, e.g., driver ™s license, passport, or government issued identification. Furthermore, due to time constraints associated with these visits, attendees must be United States citizens. Questions regarding this announcement must be directed to the FENS Contracting Officer, Dennis L. Scanlon, via email at 9-AJW-FENSinfo@faa.gov.
