- VA St. Louis Health Care System Statement of Work: Orthopedic Templating Software 6/26/2019 Description of Use: The VA St. Louis Health Care System (John Cochran Division) is in need of an Orthopedic Templating Software that will be used by the Surgery Service. This software is needed for topographic imaging in Orthopedic Patients. This procurement must cover all software purchasing, required servers/hardware, installation and training. Specifications can be seen below. Minimum Technical Specifications: Software minimum of 3 concurrent users o Automatic Planning Detects anatomical regions in x-ray images Measurements of various anatomical regions Implant position and size Simulation of post-operative results o Calibration methods to ensure continuous accuracy Includes calibration devices if necessary to perform calibration of software o Automatic Hip functions Automatic positioning of cup and stem Virtual resection Calculation of resulting leg length and offset Calculation of the femoroacetabular impingement angle Determine true and planar anteversion of the acetabular cup o Automatic knee functions Positions resection lines to the AP view Determines implant sizing Position for both AP and LAT images Visualizes the expected knee alignment on the AP view o Upper extremities planning Includes shoulder, elbow, wrist and finger planning o Customizable on-image reports Hardware o If a server is required, all server hardware must be included as a part of this proposal o If any calibration devices are requirement, calibration devices must be included as a part of this proposal Services o Minimum of 1 day training onsite by the OEM o All installation and performance verification should be provided by the OEM Required Interfaces: Software must be VA TRM approved Must have interfaces to communicate with St. Louis VA Imaging Equipment and PACS NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
