- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to ScriptPro, located at 5828 Reeds Road, Mission, KS 66202-2740. ScriptPro will provide maintenance and repair of the ScriptPro equipment. The ScriptPro Equipment is proprietary and may only be purchased through ScriptPro or from one of its authorized distributors, Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions or Four Points Technology. ScriptPro is the sole source service provider of the ScriptPro Customer Technical Support Plan. ScriptPro s GSA contract # V797P-4237B states that the warranty is void if the equipment or Software has been installed or modified other than as authorized in writing by ScriptPro. The place of performance is for the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center located at 4101 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048 and the Topeka Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 2200 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS 66622. The NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of $20.5 Million. The solicitation number is 36C25519Q0679. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) month Base year plus four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NLT August 9, 2019 at 3:00 PM CST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to Announcement, Notice of Intent. If after August 9,2019 no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, Department of Veterans Affairs shall negotiate solely with the ScriptPro This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes.
