- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91151RFI and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561710 with a small business size standard of $11.00M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-08-01 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Place of Performance. The MICC Fort Hood requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Per agricultural requirements a Military Brigade size unit must disinfect every container and every piece of equipment with Virkon Aquatic disinfectant, which requires environmental collection of overspray and runoff (if any). The requirements Approximate Start time is 3weeks from 29 July 2019 at Fort Hood TX in order to meet timelines. 2. All waste water must be collected and disposed of IAW EPW, clean water act. a. Virkon Aquatic 1% solution will be contained at all times, i.e., no run off or direct contact to the environment or ground. 3. Application of Virkon Aquatic 1% solution must be applied to surface areas of disinfected equipment for a minimum of 10 minutes NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
