Description

The general nature of the work is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, delivery, installation, and management of a simple standalone tool (such as a kiosk), equipped with a software program to collect customer feedback. The feedback device shall have the capability to display a question(s) for customers to provide instant feedback, for example: How did we do today? Customers shall be able to provide instant feedback from a range of choices, using easy to understand emoticons which represent the following responses including very good, good, not so good, and bad. Once the user chooses their feedback response, a new field shall activate which would allow the user to input either the mobile device telephone number or their email address in the event that they would like to detail in a simple text box their positive or negative rating. This field should be optional and should not require a response if the user decides not to respond. The data will be transmitted at least hourly to a central location using 3G or 4G cellular technology. PPT will be able to access the data upon demand.
