Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Roman Catholic Priest to provide Mass services and Confessions for a Base Year plus Four Option Years, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract at the US Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, as per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the US Coast Guard intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101, of 26 October 2018. This Request for Quotation is a Small Business Set Aside, and the applicable NAICS is 813110, Religious Organizations, and the Size standard is $7.5 Mil. Request for Quotation 70Z041-20-Q-QWF05000 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto to.
