Description

SOLICITATION ISSUED: The solicitation is issued on 29 Jul 2019 with the proposal due time/date of 02:00 PM on 30 Aug 2019, Japan Standard Time. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT PERIOD: Base Year from 30 days after date of award for 12 months with a total of nine (9) one-year options. SOLE SOURCE INTENDED: 374th Contracting Squadron at Yokota Air Base intend to award a sole source contract to Japan Oil Transportation Co., Ltd. (JOT) for leasing RTCs. The solicitation is published for informational purposes only and not as a request for competitive proposals. No competitive proposals are anticipated, however, all proposals received prior to the proposal due date will be considered by the Government.
