Description: Page 1 of 1 Network 10 Contracting Office intends to solicit quotes from offerors to provide rental and support services of medical CO2 or Ultra Pulse Lasers (Lumenis Sharplan 30C or SSI MD60), related equipment, to include a Certified Trained Technologist to operate the laser during ENT, Condyloma, General Surgery, and Urology cases for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 for the period of October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020 and four (4) ordering periods. Network 10 Contracting Office anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about July 31, 2019. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from www.fbo.gov (no hard copies will be made available). The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the quote submission process. NAICS Code is 532490, and Size Standard is $32.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the Agency.
