- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the Electromagnetic and computational fluid dynamic software updates to ANSYS HFSS (Node) - TECS, ANSYS Optimetrics (For HFSS, Q3D Extractor, Maxwell) (Node) -TECS, ANSYS HFSS (Node) - TECS, ANSYS Optimetrics (For HFSS, Q3D Extractor, Maxwell) (Node) -ECS and ANSYS Faceted Data Toolkit for SpaceClaim - TECS. These are the open market parts of the GSA requirement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to ANSYS Inc., 2600 ANSYS Drive, Canonsburg, PA due software that is currently being used and these are updates to existing software in use. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893619Q0346 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
