Description

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1) with Scantron Corporation, 1313 Lone Oak Rd, Eagan, MN 55121, as the only responsible source that can provide the required Scanners and associated software. This acquisition is being conducted under the FAR 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 are incorporated. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-JUL-2019). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 30-JUL-2019, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE.
