FBO NCO15 MATOC SUBCONTRACTING SPECIAL NOTICE THIS INFORMATION IS POSTED FOR SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES ONLY. PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FROM ANY FIRMS OTHER THAN THE TWELVE (12) PREVIOUSLY SELECTED NCO15 CG CATEGORY I MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY.   NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE POSTED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.   THEREFORE, FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY.   IDIQ TASK ORDER FOR THE Project # 589A6-19-213 Replace Hospital and Warehouse Main Dock Load Leveler Lifts This project will replace a total of three existing pit dock load leveler electric lifts. Two dock load lifts located vicinity North side of hospital building B loading dock and one dock load lift located vicinity building 41 main warehouse dock Leavenworth Kansas VA hospital. Contractor will remove the existing load leveler lifts in their entirety and repair or replace as needed all load lift supporting pit concrete structures and any concrete flat and steel support work as required to include deteriorated or damaged concrete pad that also abuts up to the lift. Contractor will purchase and install replacement electrically activated hydraulic pump load leveler pit lifts systems that have equal lift weight capacity or better than existing and has the feature of a slip resistant walk/load plate surface. Contractor will replace the control boxes/panels/emergency stop buttons and use existing wall/pedestal mounted locations. If not already present; the contractor will install an emergency panic stop at the location of the lift system. The contractor will ensure the new systems will operate under existing electric load service. Contractor will remove all existing heavy-duty rubber dock bumpers located at hospital dock and abandoned metal support anchors, fill all concrete voids on the face of the concrete dock wall with approved best value engineered method and material. Contractor will clean/sandblast or use suitable solution to remove all rust and environmental deposits to achieve a clean natural uniform appearance of the concrete face of docks for both building dock locations. Contractor will purchase new and install hospital building B replacement rubber dock bumpers that are equal in size and type or larger and install where old bumpers were originally installed. All fasteners and steel supports must be made of rust proof material. For building 41 (warehouse), Contractor shall replace section of dock platform concrete found cracked near vicinity load leveler lift. The replacement of concrete shall be within the confines of nearest expansion or termination edges of that section that is cracked and will have tooled edges and broom finish to obtain a non-slippery surface.
