This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a (RFQ), The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 Surgical and Medical instrument manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 employees The Phoenix VA Health Care system is seeking to purchase a brand name or equal to The Phoenix VA is looking for a dual-purpose powered stand aid and safety walking/gait training frame brand name or equal Whitney Walkers and accessories All interested companies shall provide quotation for the following items Supplies Line Item Description Quantity 1 Brand name or equal to: Whitney Walker 7 2 Sling: Walker large 7 3 Holder: IV Pole and Oxygen Tank 7 4 Safety and Maintenance Manuals 7 Salient Characteristics Line Item One: safety walking/gait training frame Equipment must accommodate patient minimum height range from 4 10 to 6 5.
