- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned to this action is W912QG-19-R-0042. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR Parts 13 and 12 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USPFO for SC, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC 29201. This acquisition is 100% total set-aside exclusively for Small Business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, with a size standard of 1250 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are attached and includes those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 dated 07-12-2019 and the Defense Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) Publication Notice 20190628.
