- The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Service Contracting Department, Portsmouth, VA, VA 23709-5000, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the RENTAL of four (4) Air Conditioning Units with Heaters for NNSY using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 532490. The size standard is $32.5 million.
