- The Department of Veteran Affairs, Networking Contracting Office (NCO1) located in Brockton, MA intends to enter into a sole source procurement, pursuant to the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b), with Pulcir Incorporated for the following items: Vascular Information System (VIS) Primary Site Server License (includes license fee for one year) Manufacturer: In Record Time LLC Part Number: PVASC-RTMP Quantity: 1 Automatic Data Entry Manufacturer: In Record Time LLC Part Number: PVASC-DSR Quantity: 1 HL7 Inbound feed Manufacturer: In Record Time LLC Part Number: PVASC-HL7I Quantity: 1 HL7 Outbound Feed Manufacturer: In Record Time LLC Part Number: PVASC-HL7O Quantity: 1 Image Management Module Manufacturer: In Record Time LLC Part Number: PVASC-PACS Quantity: 1 PVASC-PACS-Interface Manufacturer: In Record Time LLC Part Number: PVASC-PACS-Interface Quantity: 1 Client Access License (CAL) Manufacturer: In Record Time LLC Part Number: PVASC-CAL Quantity: 5 On-Site Training (1 PenVasc trainer/day) Manufacturer: In Record Time LLC Part Number: PVASC-Onsite Quantity: 3 Contractors will also need to provide installation and implementation of a fully functional Pen Vas Vascular Information System as well as clinical and technical training for the Providence VA Medical Center Staff. The items listed above will be utilized at the VA Medical Center Medical located in Providence, RI. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339112 and a small size standard of 1000 employees. This notice of intent is not a solicitation nor is it a request for proposal. However, interested parties that believe they can satisfy the requirement listed above must clearly identify their capability to do so in writing by Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. EST time. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
