- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: W912JV-19-Q-7015 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 722310 and the small business size standard is $38.5M. This requirement will seek supplies and services under a base period of six months plus three option year contract under FAR 17.204(e) with a possible extension of six months under FAR 52.217-8.
