- Description
- The Oklahoma Air National Guard - 5921 Mobility Dr, OKC, OK, 73179 is seeking proposals for the 285th Special Operations Intelligence Squadron (SOIS). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $38.5M. The 285th (SOIS) mission is to conduct Expeditionary Process, Exploitation, and Dissemination (EXPED) in conjunction with all-source analysis in support of the MC-12W and other Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) assets. Due to the lack of suitable software on our eleven home station EXPED training computers, there is a significant gap for geospatial analysts to conduct EXPED while conducting integrated training with aircrew and ground personnel. This training gap degrades our real-world capability to compile imagery-derived data and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) into detailed target assessments, assist in the analysis of imagery and geospatial data, and prepare and conduct multi-sensor imagery and geospatial information-derived intelligence briefings. Procuring the software will greatly improve our geospatial analyst's ability to manage, supervise, and perform intelligence activities and functions including exploitation, development, and dissemination of multi-sensor GEOINT products to support warfighting operations and other intelligence activities. In order to "train like we fight," EXPED computers require this software to avoid degraded ISR operations caused by this significant training gap when providing real-world imagery exploitation support to Air Operations Center processes. Requests for information may be submitted via email to kurt.a.ennis.mil@mail.mil and christine.m.walker30.mil@mail.mil by 22 August 2019 at 0900hrs cst. Questions will be answered no later than 29 August 2019 1600hrs cst. Proposals are due by 6 September 2019 at 1400hrs cst. Please submit proposals using the 1449 solication attached. Proposals can be emailed to kurt.a.ennis.mil@mail.mil and christine.m.walker30.mil@mail.mil or hand carried to 5921 Mobility Dr., OKC, OK, 73179.
