- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is APB19004 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699 with a small business size standard of $11.00M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-08-19 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The National Guard - District of Columbia requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: WMD-CST CBRNE Exercise - The contractor shall facilitate the WMD-CST Exercise in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 13 June 2019., 1, JOB; LI 002: Equipment & Materials - The contractor shall provide all equipment and materials needed to facilitate the WMD-CST CBRNE Exercise in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 13 June 2019. Proposed equipment & materials shall be broken down and fully supported as necessary, 1, LOT; LI 003: Travel - The contractor shall be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this CLIN. Travel expenses are not to exceed $17,500.
