- In accordance with AMS Policy 3.2.1.3.11.2 procurements of products available from Federal Prison Industries (FPI) also known as UNICOR, anticipated to exceed $10,000.00 must be publicly announced on the internet or through other means. The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center has a requirement to purchase new office furniture. The FAA intends to award an Order to UNICOR to meet this requirement.
