- This is a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source purchase order to Thorn for brand name software license renewals using FAR 13.5 procedures. Thorn has no resellers or distributors and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Division 4, Cyber Crimes Center (C3) has a requirement for software license renewals and support services under NAICS code 511210 Software Publishers. The requirement has been deemed Law Enforcement Sensitive, so interested parties should inquire directly with the Contracting Officer listed at the bottom of this notice. The estimated total dollar value of this contract is $749,950.00.
