- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), Number W912DR-18-R-0021, for the decommissioning and disposal of the SM-1 Deactivated Nuclear Power Plant., in Fort Belvoir, Virginia on or about 29 July 2019.
