- The Contractor shall perform tasks required to restore the historic Bear River Monument to its original location and status in the Fort Douglas Cemetery in Salt Lake City, Utah in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings (Standards). Restoration will include design and construction of a new interior support pedestal, transport and reassembly of monument components, and cleaning and repointing of stones.
