This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-01 Effective 01/22/2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516, with a small business size standard of 1500 employees. Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System is seeking to purchase Barrier Free Exam Tables BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO BIO-TEK H1MF MICROPLATE MACHINE All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) for the following: Supplies Line Item Description Quantity Unit Price Total Price 0001 Reader, Microplate; BioTek; Synergy H1 Hybrid; Multi-mode; Compatible w/Take3 multi-volume plate; Monochromator fluorescence; Monochromator absorbance; Full-light luminescence; Temp. control to 45deg.C; w/Gen5 data analysis software 1 each 0002 ANNUAL FIELD SERVICE CONTRACT 1 each. Equipment must be new and come in its original packaging and not altered in any way.
