- Description
- The United States Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information Technology (OI&T) has two facilities (see RFQ for addresses) that have existing electronic security systems Lenel OnGuard and Pelco video. These systems are managed by the OI&T Space and Facility Management (SFM) Service. As an effort to maintain these systems and components, a 24x7 maintenance agreement is requested to provide software and hardware support, licensure, software upgrades, parts, etc. (as listed in the scope). The CRRC system was initially installed in 2010, and the Shepherdstown Facility was a new installation in 2017 with suite 100 being a new install May 2019. The systems have been maintained by an existing contract for 5 years. Previous maintenance calls have consisted of cameras malfunctioning, door contact issues, card readers malfunctioning, assistance with Lenel and Pelco software/support. This contract will provide follow-on services for a current/expiring contract, GS-35F-0324S | VA119A-14-F-0382, awarded on September 22, 2014 to Communications Resource, Inc.
