The Government anticipates a solicitation for this requirement to be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) under a Small Business. Once issued, please review the Statement of Work and all attachments in Solicitation number W91238-19-B-0018, which will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it from www.fbo.gov on or about 26 July 2019.
