You don t have to quote those, i.e. if they are obsolete. Contractor should use the Task Alfa as a model for reference of the requirements stated in the SOW. Is dual scanning (the ability to scan both sides of a document in a single pass a requirement)? yes What is the stacking capacity requirement of the stapler/finisher/hole punch? 1000? 2000? 3000? 1,000 What is the paper capacity requirement of the proposed device? Approximately three to four trays with each holding about 1,000 sheets (500 sheets to a ream of paper). As the Kyocera 6052ci is a discontinued device are you accepting proposals for other than a current device in production? Yes, product you quote must be equal to or greater than the specification requirements of the models /examples provided. Your product should also specifically meet the requirements stated in the SOW. Stapler hole punch, stack 50 or 1000 or more? Yes, 50-100 How many drawers do you want 4 or 2 with large capacity or 3 comes with a large capacity feeder? Three to four trays with the large capacity feeder. The referenced machines are obsolete? Contractors are advised to quote an or equal that meets the requirements of the RFQ. The models provided are examples the specifications required. It is the contractor responsibility to decide what you will quote. How many of each type is being requested? The RFQ is requesting total of seven (7) machines they can all be one model with same specs. What is RO 318 your station normal business hours? 8:00am-4:00pm. Does the Government want on-site analyst support required? No Is this a new requirement? yes, this is new action. is there an incumbent vendor? No, this is a new request. RFQ is Set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
