Description

The U.S. Government anticipates a requirement to lease MHE for the following period: Base Period: 12 months as of effective date of the contract; Option Period 1: 12 months as of end of Base Period; Option Period 2: 12 months as of end of Option period 1; Option Period 3: 12 months as of end of Option period 2. The required MHE items for lease are listed as follows (total 10 items): Type 1: 4,000 kg (4T) Forklifts - 2 each Type 2: 9,000 kg (9T) Forklifts - 2 each Type 3: 15,000 kg (15T) Forklifts - 1 each Type 4: Cherry Picker - 1 each Type 5: Mobile Platform Material Lift - 1 each Type 6: Towing Tractor - 2 each Type 7: Street Sweeper - 1 each ONLY CONTRACTORS WHO ARE REGISTERED AND HAVE AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT ( www.sam.gov ) MAY BE AWARDED A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF A SOLICITATION. Payment for this requirement will be made through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Contractors shall be registered in WAWF before they could submit an invoice. Because this requirement is located OCONUS, FAR Part 19 does not apply, therefore this requirement will not be set aside for Small Business. The solicitation for this requirement is expected to be released on or about 21 August 2019, with an award date on or about 26 September 2019.
