- The purpose of Amendment No. 1 to Solicitation No. 80AFRC19R0008 is to: 1) Revise the solicitation; and 2) Post the solicitation questions and responses. Requests to use large file transfer must be received no later than August 16, 2019 at 12:00 PT and an invitation e-mail will be sent out no later than August 19, 2019 at 12:00 PT.
