- 1) The Army Contracting Command, 413th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii (HI) has a requirement for the inspection and cleaning storm drain inlets, conduits, manholes, and discharge pipelines. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, transportation, disposal, supplies, equipment, traffic control and labor necessary to perform one-time cleaning and disposal services of storm drain infrastructure. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and adhere to all local, and Federal regulation for storm drain inspection and cleaning services. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
