- N66001-19-Q-6965 Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Portexa The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Portexa. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: NotePAC-III-PRO Aluminum laptop with three 17" HD displays P/N: NotePAC-III-PRO-IC12/128 Manufacturer: ACME Portable Machines QTY: 2 This product is the only product that meets the specifications of the Intelligence Carry On Program (ICOP) Program of Record. Portexa is the sole distributor of this product. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334111 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees. The point of contact for this announcement is Aica Dizon at aica.dizon@navy.mil. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding.
