- The purpose of the work to be performed will be to provide Turnkey Nationwide Appraisal Services and Related Technical Support Services for foreclosure activities and for USDA Real Estate Owned (REO) Single Family properties and vacant lots. The nationwide appraisal service is to be national in scope, supporting a Rural Development portfolio that is located in all 50 United States, in addition to the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the Western Pacific Islands.
