There are 18 attachments: 6 SOW documents, 6 frequency tables, 4 wage determinations, a customer satisfaction survey, and the solicitation itself. Please complete pricing for all line items, plus a grand total. Fill in all required portions of Sections I and K and and all past performance information. Site visit is Tuesday, July 30 at 9am (not mandatory) Site visit reservations are due by Thursday, July 25 at 3pm. Vendor questions due by Friday, August 2 at 5pm.
