- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - VAMC RICHMOND, Richmond, Virginia intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price Option Year Contract for the purchase of a Maintenance and Repair Service Contract for the Period of Performance dates listed as follows: Base Year 10/1/2019 9/30/2020, Fiscal years 2021 through 2024 shall serve as Option Years 1 through 4, respectively; MFR: MIM Software Inc: 25800 Science Park Drive, Suite 180, Beachwood, OH 44122-7311, Annual Maintenance Service Contract is for MIM Maestro System. This requirement is intended for award to: MIM Software Inc. under the authority 6.302-2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) for this acquisition is 511210. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 6 days of publication (on/before 19 Aug 19 at 5 pm EST). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
