- This notice announces the intent by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the U.S. Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL) to purchase the analytical laboratory equipment listed below on a sole source basis from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Crystal Instruments, Inc., 2370 Owen Street, Santa Clara, CA 95054-3210, as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The Government will purchase the following items, which will be utilized by the Enroute Care Group (ECG) of USAARL for field research projects into the effects of military medical evacuation on inured patients in both ground and air vehicles. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
