- Amendment 0001 - Correct the Site Visit date to 8/15/2019 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for refurbishment of a steel barge located in the vicinity of Tenasillahe Island, Clatsop County, Oregon. The anticipated performance period is from 10/15/2019 through 4/15/2020. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The NAICS code is 336611 ¿ Ship Building and Repairing, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.
